Shortsaleopedia

About

Our mission:

To provide homeowners of distressed properties best possible outcome for their unique situation.

Our Story:

Sean and Seth met in January 2011. Seth helped successfully close a short sale for Sean in only a few months. Sean was floored by how opaque and fragile the process was from a homeowner’s perspective. He sought a resource that would streamline, demystify and provide transparency to the transaction and increase the likelihood of a successful outcome for the homeowner. With his technical background and Seth’s industry expertise they cobbled together the application your currently viewing and vowed to make a resource they themselves would want to use as a homeowner of a distressed property.
